QuoteFlow is downloadable/self-hosted software. Refund eligibility, request deadlines, and any applicable conditions must be stated clearly on the official WarriorPlus offer and checkout page. The checkout terms and this page must agree.

Our intended refund window is 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the refund terms shown on the official WarriorPlus checkout and applicable platform rules. Before accepting payments, ensure the WarriorPlus offer is configured to match this policy. If the checkout terms differ, the official checkout terms must be clarified before launch.

For purchase, delivery, or refund questions, email info@malavtechnologies.com or use the support contact displayed on the official WarriorPlus receipt/offer page. Include your order details in the provider's requested format. Do not send payment-card information by email.

4. Technical issues

If installation or compatibility issues occur, contact support with a description of the issue and relevant non-sensitive error details. Support will help assess the issue; this does not change any refund rights stated in the official offer.
